Introduction
Booking of any Event Like Wedding/Reception/Conference/Others Will Be considered confirmed only after deposit of 50% Advance Amount with duly filled booking form. * To Secure your Event Date, deposit is mandatory. * A person should be responsible and nominated for any question or problems that may occur on the event day, not the bride or the groom.
You should provide your vendor details like Caterers / Florist/Event Manager/ Sound before fifteen days of the booking date. * Charges & Deposits (Rs 50,000 before check in) should be made as refundable security amount.
A Refundable Deposit for Caterers and Florist will Be Required to Cover any Damage that may occur, (Deposit Amount 10,000/-) This will be returned on successful inspection of Kitchen or Garden Area By Manager.
Conditions
Site
The Site makes available information relating to hotels and resorts owned or managed by Tia Hotel & Resorts , a corporation constituted under the laws of India, and its subsidiaries, controlled entities, affiliates and related parties ( "Tia Hotel & Resorts ").
Trademarks
The Site contains “Tia Hotel & Resorts ” trade and service marks and devices (including the word “Tia Hotel & Resorts ”) and other valuable trade or service marks owned by Abhaneri group or licensed to Abhaneri to distinguish its services and products. These trade and service marks and related intellectual property are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and may not be reproduced or copied without the express prior written consent of Tia Hotel & Resorts .
Without limitation, you must not use any of the said trade or service marks:
- We are not responsible for Machine Failure (like Generators & Light);
- We are not responsible in case of any natural calamity
- The venue shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss of life arising from fixtures on Venue Premises etc.
- Music is allowed till 10 Pm As Per The Order of Supreme Court.
- Valet parking is mandatory.
Your Use
Advance amount will not be refunded or returned in any case, whether it is a pandemic situation or any other circumstance.
This right to use the Information is a license only, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the following restrictions:
I, the client, acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions in the booking contract provided by Abhaneri. Any issues on the event day cannot be attributed to miscommunication or missed terms on my part.
